2015 State of GEOINT Report Released by USGIF

What is the current “State of GEOINT” and what waits on the horizon? USGIF recently released the 2015 State of GEOINT Report as a way to help determine the current “state of GEOINT” and support the GEOINT Community’s interests and professional requirements.

This inaugural report began with a diverse gathering of more than 50 geospatial intelligence practitioners. Participants were asked to think through a series of open-ended exercises and define which GEOINT topics they considered “hot,” “not,” and “on the horizon.” Participants continued the dialogue by writing short essays to capture the essence of their discussions, forming the basis of the 2015 State of GEOINT report. In total, the report contains 10 articles written by 17 authors.

Read the report here. Print copies will be available for attendees at the GEOINT 2015 Symposium.
