8. Get a Jump-Start on Universal GEOINT Certification
Each exam developed as part of USGIF’s Universal GEOINT Credentialing Program (scheduled to launch in the fall) will require beta testers. Beta versions of the GIS and Analysis and Remote Sensing and Analysis exams will be administered at GEOINT 2015. Qualified symposium attendees will have the opportunity to take one or both of these exams for free.

Participate in a charity golf tournament, take part in the GEOINT 2015 opening celebration at the Carnegie Library, bring the kids along for family day and participate in an educational scavenger hunt, or enjoy a Washington Nationals baseball game. For the first time, the GEOINT Symposium will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. This location is ideal for those local to the area, while attendees traveling from out of town can take the opportunity to see the sights of the Nation’s capitol by visiting its many historic buildings, monuments, and museums.

3. Earn Continuing Education Credit
USGIF provides more than 80 hours of training and professional development opportunities at the Symposium. Get ahead in your career by signing up for one of our many training offerings. The International Association has accredited all education and trainings sessions, and attendees will receive 0.2 Continuing Education Units upon completion of each session.
